Job Description and Responsibilities:
· Ensuring all daily tasks are acted upon in accordance with departmental policy.
· Trade settlement and daily pricing for clients
· Inputting and reporting large volumes of Asian and Domestic trades for clients.
· Identifying and communicating trades to Investor Services in a professional manner
· Identifying and taking prompt action on priority items.
· Compiling and reporting stats to relevant Management.
· Resolution of internal and external enquiries regarding all trading queries.
· Supporting the timely execution and resolution of tasks within the Unit.
· Completion of Error Reporting and deal adjustment forms.
· Tracking daily activities and generate reporting for management review.
· Reporting all urgent issues for escalation to Unit Manager.
· Ensuring all queries are handled accurately and in a timely manner.
