Excellent people skills has always been attributed to me by my employers and peers. My ability to relate to and empathize with people has afforded me success in the endeavours I have undertaken.
This success is directly related to my firm belief that communication is an essential ingredient when dealing with people, and the ability to listen being an important component of communicating.
Genuine care and concern for all people has always enabled me to deal easily and effectively with customers, especially in pressure or stressful situations.
I have been involved in education for the last 17 years. This include teaching classroom of up to 50 children, young people and mature learners; small group and one-on-one tutoring; selling and marketing educational products and services; developing teaching and learning resources; experienced in outcome-based learning and teaching; owned and managed two learning centres. I have taught ESL in China and for a college in Canada, so I am familiar with the English requirements of foreign colleges and universities.
