I am writing this letter of reference for Keith Kickham. I have known Keith for over 20 years.  He has worked for my wife and I in our greenhouse flower business here in Calgary.  Keith has proven to us to be a dependable worker who is able to complete tasks that are given to him, able to see problems before they occur and make adjustments.
