Dish Network.  Hilliard, Ohio.  Coach.  August 2009 – Present.  Lead a team of 16 FTE in a call center environment.  During the most recent 12 weeks, my team increased core metrics from 85% of goal to over 95% of goal.

Ameriprise Advisor Services, Inc.  Columbus, Ohio.  Financial Advisor.  November 2007 – August 2009.  (H&R Block Financial Advisors from 11/07 to 8/08).  Consistently performed in the top 10% of my national training class.  Grew a book of business from zero to 218 clients by providing Financial Planning, Estate and Legacy Planning, Retirement Planning, and Wealth Management services.

Huntington National Bank.  Columbus, Ohio. 

• General Manager/Vice President.  June 2004 – March 2007.  Managed all aspects of operations, sales, and P&L of Polaris Micromarket, which included Polaris Mall and brick and mortar offices.  This market had a negative profit in 2004, but increased to over $3 million profit in 2006.
• Banking Office Manager.  May 2003 – June 2004:  Managed Sunbury Road office.  Net Operating Income growth more than 20% year over year.  Assets grew from $24mm to $35mm during my tenure (through June 2004).  Consistently achieved sales and revenue goals.  Recognized consistently as top ten branch in the company.

Key Bank.  Seattle, Wa. 

• Banking Office Manager.  Jan 2001 to Jan 2003:  Managed a Hub-and-spoke (two offices) with total of more than $100mm in assets.  Consistently recognized as one of top 5 offices in region in most metrics (out of 63 offices).
• Customer Service Manager.  October 1998 to January 2001:  Managed 8 teams of 20-24 agents each with a supervisor.  Responsible for all operational and budgetary metrics as well as staff development, continuous improvement, and special projects.
• Team Leader.  October 1998 to December 1999:  Lead 24 member team in the call center.  Recognized as top team in the bank (of 23) in service quality, sales, and efficiency in 1999.
