English Teacher. Teaching English as a foreign language to Korean students in a private learning academy. Instruction given from elementary to college students. Work with medium to small class sizes. Teaching of basic grammar, the alphabet, conversational speaking, word usage, and TOEFL writing courses. One-on-one teaching sessions also. Taught five to six classes a day. Prepared materials for class.
Siemens Water Technologies, Seattle, WA and Hazel Park, MI. (April 2007-December, 2008).
High Purity Water Service Technician. Dispatched on service routes to maintain industrial water filtration systems, including municipal and commercial sites. Knowledge of plumbing, installation of systems, minor electronics. Provide excellent customer service. Drive and maintain company service vehicle. Work with reverse osmosis units, UV’s, filters, SDI tanks, troubleshooting, and minor sanitizes. Maintain on-time and orderly paperwork. Perform on-call duties.
Warwick Hills Country Club, Grand Blanc, MI. (April-December 2006).
Dishwasher. Performed kitchen duties, general cleaning and customer relations. Worked strenuous hours during the Buick Open (PGA tour event).
Grand Blanc Outdoors, Grand Blanc, MI. (August 2003-August 2005).
Delivery driver. Drove company truck to deliver tractors, snow blowers, patio furniture and other heavy equipment to homes and businesses. Maintained demanding schedule and worked closely with customers.
Certified Abatement, Flint, MI. (May-June 2003).
State certified abatement worker. Removed hazardous waste from buildings and met strict safety regulations.
