Winnerway English Chinese Kindergarten; Dongguan China, August, 2008-present
Responsibilities
During my first semester, I taught Oral English in the Number 1 to 6 Top Classes and Top Montessori Class; through songs, games and stories. My average classroom held 32 to 37 students with ages ranging from 4 to 6 years old. The next 2 semesters, I was the lead English Teacher for IPC-S and IPC-M, class size of 25 students ages 2 to 5 year olds. This semester, I have been teaching Oral English in the Baby and Small classes: student ages from 2 to 4 years old.
Super 8 Business English; Dongguan China, September 2008- October 2009:
Responsibilities
I taught Business English and Sanitation to adult students.
Dongguan Hanlin Experimental School; Dongguan China, February-June 2008.
Responsibilities
I taught English to 5th and 6th graders. I focused on improving their Oral English skills through songs, games and stories. My average classroom held 46 students. Besides my normal classes, I taught a VIP class for 5th graders, where we worked on advanced Oral English skills. Each week I taught over 800 children.
I left the school in May due to the upcoming Olympics.
Eclipse LTD, Venetian Casino Resort; Macau
GM McSorley’s Pub, April 2007 to October.
Responsibilities
GM on the opening team for “The McSorley’s Ale Pub” located in”The Venetian Casino Resort”.
I trained all of the employees in sanitation, recipes adherence, and service knowledge: 30 staff.
Texas Roadhouse Steak House, Louisville, Kentucky: Product Coach & Quality Control, January 2000 to April of 2007
Responsibilities
To train store managers and employees in meat cutting, broiling, baking, frying and prepping of all recipes from scratch: over 300 staff.
To provide service, food quality and sanitation audits in my market stores: over 150 audits.
I trained the Managers and their Employees in over 25 new opening restaurants in my concept: over 750 staff.
To ensure that all sanitation practices are up to and above the state and local Health Department and HACCP requirements, worked within the Food Code.
