I believe that you do not get a second chance to make a first impression, not just in the work sector, but also in your general day to day life and that is why I always strive for perfection and succeed in any challenges that are set towards me.
I have worked with several schools over the past few years, which has seen me gain valuable experience in team management, communicating with individuals at all levels and has improved my negotiation skills.
I believe that personal relation skills are of the up most importance.  It is for the aforementioned reason that I ensure I  always interact well with my staff members and demonstrate professional and courteous persona to all members of the public at all times. 
I am an active listener and I am mindful of the importance of being able to work as part of a team, though I have proven that I can manage projects as an individual. I liaise with senior management and listen to advice given and have proven that I am a competent leader to my staff.
Co-operations between staff is what I believe makes a team and an organisation reach its common goals, so I always ensure that I assist any other staff members who are struggling with their workload or are seeking assistance.
My work practices of the highest standard and I am conscious of how the public perceives me and the schools I represent.  Therefore, I am always well groomed and display a professional presence at all times.
I show empathy towards students  and I am always accountable for my actions and strongly believe that I am an ethical person who possesses a high level of integrity at all times.
