*Guest Relations Manager / English Trainer: Help guests throughout the hotel with any needs that they may have, solving problems and answering questions. Work in reception with check-in / check-out. Helped prepare and teach English training materials to staff. Helped to re-write/translate all training materials into English and re-vamp the English portion of the website.

Longgang Middle School; Hanzhong China         September 09 – February 10

*Oral English Teacher: Teach 20 classes per week of 6^th and 7^th graders. Develop and reinforce current lesson plans and vocabulary for English class. Focus on Oral English and American culture.

TGI Friday’s/Country Inn and Suits; Mankato MN          May 07 - August 09

*Server Trainer: Country Inn and Suits conference center; set up the rooms and helped organize all of the food aspects of the events that took place in the establishment for up to five hundred guests.  Also served guests in the restaurant with an upbeat and energetic attitude while making sure they are well taken care of and having an enjoyable experience; responsible for training of new employees in both the restaurant and the conference center.
