EXPERIENCE

Call coach / Sales trainer     2002 – 2004

·          Working for the largest Insurance company in the U.K. It was my responsibility

to coach and train all new employees in the role of telephone sales assistants.

Their training included things like meeting sales targets, handling objections

and complaints, selling up a package and add-ons.

Pioneer English School         2004 – 2009

·          Working at various kindergartens, primary and middle schools and private

organizations as an ESL Teacher.

My duties are designing and implementing new and original lesson plans for

students so they gain the maximum knowledge whilst learning a new language.

Ensuring that the highest standards of quality are provided at all times.

Web International           2009 - Present

·          Duties include delivering and presenting English classes to adult students

and business people in a variety of settings. Utilising effective time

management skills and effective teaching methods.
