Duties: As acting PA/HR administrator I dealt with sensitive staff issues. These ranged from disciplinary to starters and leavers. Minute taking arranging phones and desks for new staff and insuring there was always cover at work. I updated staff on policy changes and drew up contracts. I also booked meeting for the Head of Children Services updating her diary and checking her emails, dealing with any urgent queries relating to the schools in the borough.
As a data analyst I managed a team of two in a research project for Children Services. I designed a database for analysing two schools in the borough. I kept the Heads of Services informed and created reports and graphs for the final piece of work.
