I’m a New Zealander living in Australia. I have recently completed my Advanced TESOL course, specializing in teaching Business English. I am a self-motivated manager with a wide range of experience in the retail, manufacturing, hospitality, and property sales industry – and am able to work on own initiative and as part of a team. Proven people management & sales ability including:  sales coaching, public speaking, hospitality consultancy, development & management of new business, contract negotiations & writing. §          Helped to save a number of food retail businesses by designing and implementing business plan, recruitment program, menu design, and cost/profit pro forma.
