1. Facilitated interactive soft skills workshops for Los Angeles Unified School District high school juniors and seniors participating in the Infrastructure Academy at California State University-Los Angeles
2. Collaborated successfully as a team leader with the Infrastructure Academy’s staff, outside organizations, government agencies, and partners to implement workforce development training, program development, and project development models as a part of the organization overall mission
3. Recruited and retained program participants and generated support for program through outreach visits, presentations, and meetings at selected high schools, community-based organizations, and other non-profit agencies
4. Provided logistical support for program orientation, planning, and managed a complex and comprehensive work plan
5. Managed and coordinated participants successful completion of the program; and the placement of each graduating participant into college, work, apprenticeship, and/or internship

- Provided academic assistance, enrichment activities, and homework help for Los Angeles Unified School District and charter school students in an after-school program in English Language Arts and Math
