Interests and Hobbies
I enjoy travelling and experiencing new cultures, and I have achieved this through my work as a coach driver. As well as many of the typical leisure pursuits that most people enjoy today, I also particularly enjoy musical interests, as I am a reasonably accomplished guitar player. I am also a keen aviation enthusiast, and have recently been awarded a commercial pilots license for fixed wing aeroplanes.
Work Experience
From 1994 to2000 I was a store person/forklift driver. I also delivered fine paper goods to locations throughout Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.
In 2001 I acquired a UK Coach licence. As a coach driver, I am the face of the company that I work for. The work of a coach driver is often seasonal, and in the past I tended to travel between north and south hemispheres regularly so as to obtain work when and where it is most available. I do, however, tend to return to the same employers from year to year. This is why in this work history I have overlapped the time periods during which I worked for more than one company. I have, however, lived and worked in Brisbane for four years.

In 2009, I had 2 jobs concurrently. One was at Coles Chermside, where I worked part time in the fresh produce section. My second part time job was at the Kedron Wavell services club, also in Chermside, Brisbane, where I took on the varied roles of bar attendant, waiter, front door attendant, and also driver of the club courtesy bus. It was during this time that I completed my Responsible Service of Alcohol training. Following this time, I flew to New Zealand for the summer season to work as a coach driver.
