successfully developed and launched company’s first web based marketing campaign and web presence, turning a regional/local sales agency in to a national sales office, creating and serving accounts nationwide, increasing sales tremendously while reducing overhead costs and administration burden.
Re-trained customer service phone room staff to adapt and excel in their new role as sales/support for the company’s new web based marketing, eliminating the need for telemarketing. By using web based marketing I replaced the in person/direct contact sales force with web media promotions which generated huge customer and market interest. The market response resulted in incoming calls to customer service which were handled by the newly trained staff, and lead to more on line customer applications per day than the direct contact/telemarketing sales office generated in a week.
