Career Achievements

Director of Marketing
successfully developed and launched company’s first web based marketing campaign and web presence, turning a regional/local sales agency in to a national sales office, creating and serving accounts nationwide, increasing sales tremendously while reducing overhead costs and administration burden.
Re-trained customer service phone room staff to adapt and excel in their new role as sales/support for the company’s new web based marketing, eliminating the need for telemarketing. By using web based marketing I replaced the in person/direct contact sales force with web media promotions which generated huge customer and market interest. The market response resulted in incoming calls to customer service which were handled by the newly trained staff, and lead to more on line customer applications per day than the direct contact/telemarketing sales office generated in a week. Record Sales Growth occurred as a result of my Leadership.

 

Sales Manager

Re-vitalized, re-trained, and re-staffed a stalled sales office.  Re-packaged product and created new sales strategy which succeeded in new account growth and increase of revenue. Originally hired as a Sales Rep., within 5 weeks my performance had proven my ability to succeed where the rest of the sales staff were not. I was immediately promoted to Sales Manager and tasked with bringing the entire sales force up to my level of performance. This put the majority of their service needs in to the hands of one trusted and expert provider, while simplifying all of their service and maintenance needs. I was very successful with this strategy and was able to develop single service/subscription accounts in to multiple subscribers and multiple service accounts greatly multiplying their annual value to the company.
