Working experience:

2007-2009 – med café:

Working as a part time waiter and bar man 3 evenings per week and extra if needed.

June 2008 – August 2008 – During the summer of 2008 I spent my time in Italy staying with family and teaching young students English the students ages were from 5 years old to 14 years old.

2008 – 2009- Assistance in teaching English – While I was studying language at TVU I was asked by a man who is the head of the language department to help some of the students who were learning English. I don’t have experience in teaching a class of students but I do have experience in teaching individuals one to one in a public environment such as a café. During the year I was helping one student from Asia, he got a high enough grade on his final exam to allow him to do his masters in an English university.

2009 – Happy Half Past Three – Working as an English teacher for students aged from 7 years old to 15 years old. I was given a book for each age group by the company and have to make my own lesson plan for each class before the end of the week. Each class was three hours long.

2009 – 2010 – Melody Education (双美) Teaching children whose ages ranged from 2 years old to 6 years old. I was using the teaching materials provided by the company and also the schools. I was required to make my own lesson plans for some schools and for others I was required to follow the plans made by the schools that I was teaching at.
