Position:                 Waitress and Sales Assistant

Description: In this job I undertook the task of serving customers in the shop front of the café, selling bread etc. and managing cake orders, working in a team environment with other sales assistants and using a till. I also waitressed in the café part of the Bakery, co-operating with the chef and working under time pressure, while also carrying out cleaning duties and customer service. I also worked at opening and closing the store, including the cleaning and till duties that went along with that. I terminated employment with this employer due to an exchange student arriving in my house for a prolonged period of time.

Description: My job was to assist the proprietor in the organization and customer service aspects of this hire and sale business. In this capacity I was using MYOB office, MSO and also processing bookings and liaising with other companies and clients. I also worked with other employees to provide services to customers in terms of physical labour. For a brief period of two weeks I also managed the business full time as the proprietor went on leave; however this was solely in terms of administration. I terminated employment with this employer due to the commencement of TEE, exams and year twelve in general.
