I was the care taker of an elderly woman. I would provide assistance with household chores. I also provided transportation whenever it was needed. I also was responsible for making the doctors appointments and accompanying her. Providing care for an elderly woman can be challenging.

However the satisfaction from someone who so greatly appreciated my assistance was very gratifying.
