            The school focuses on a high standard of teaching and uses techniques that allow children to learn through team work and games.

            Taught business English and beginners English to International Companies where there is a need for the employees to poses and use English in the work place.

Manager and teacher

           Served as a teacher to children and adults of all ages. Children ranged from 3 to 18 years of age. Prepared English classes and games. Reviewed and corrected oral English.

           Devised lessons, which captured the children’s imaginations for e.g.: Preparing scenes from well-known children’s stories or movies. Teaching the dialogs and having the children act them out.

           Organised teachers schedules. Holidays, days off and rearranging schedules when teachers were sick.

           Strict oversight of teaching methods employed by the teachers and abilities of the staff that were Chinese.

           Firing teachers who’s attitude was not conducive to the schools aims and atmosphere of hard work and daily improve English level and environment.

           Daily team meetings with the school owner, Chinese leader and accounts department.

           Organizing advertising campaigns.

           Overseeing all money transactions made whether in coming or out going.

Advanced Engineering with the Midlands Warwickshire College.

 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :

• During the period of 2003 – 2008 volunteered up to 70 hours a month helping those with family, marital, health and work problems. Teaching and counseling was used in combination to help them cope and turn their lives around.
• Obtained a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) Certificate in 2008.

PERSONAL DETAILS : 
I am a tall 26 year old with blue eyes. Enjoy to laugh and socialize with friends and work colleagues. I come from a part of England that speaks perfect standard English. I have been in China for one year and 3 months. I am planning to get married this year to my Chinese girlfriend. I have taught myself with the help of local friends to speak fluent Chinese and am already getting on well with writing characters. I have once before learned to speak Portuguese fluently, and since I have a love of languages, my next goal is to soon start an online internet degree in Chinese with the Beijing Language and Culture University with the aim of being one of the best foreign Chinese speakers.
