This is actually a lot easier for you than having to hire a foreigner since you will instead simply hire my wife who is Chinese. I have two years experience teaching students from age three to fifteen. I worked with YuMing Education for six months, traveled throughout southern China teaching temporary positions for six months and lastly taught with Kid Castle Education for one year. I also worked several part time jobs on the side in addition to these.

With Kid Castle I was paid 180RMB per hour and worked as the head foreign teacher. I understand some poorer cities can not offer that amount but before deciding I'm too expensive consider this; 99% of my students sign up again at the end of their terms and I can easily get 70% of new students to sign up after coming to one of my demo classes.  If the 180 is still seemingly a bit too expensive please call and we can negotiate over the phone.
