| I am a keen and hard-working person looking for full time or part time work. I have experience in customer service and have a creative flair. During my time working in offices I have learned various office skills and can type (copy and audio). From travelling to Chengdu in China I gained experience in a different culture. I thoroughly enjoyed this time and found that I worked well under pressure and in different environments. I am a good team player and have excellent communication skills. I am an outgoing and enthusiastic person not afraid of meeting new challenges. I am used to having to organise myself and others.

August 2010 – January 2011: Teaching in China, Chengdu

· Developed Secretarial skills, i.e. switchboard, greeting clients, telephone answering, filing and general administration
· Responsible for incoming post, document exchange between solicitors, keeping the office tidy and in order.
July – September 2009 (and ad hoc since returning from China – working in my father’s firm): The Whitworth Co-Partnership, Hertfordshire
· Learnt secretarial skills, i.e. answering phones, filing
· Learnt how to audio type to produce reports for a company in a short amount of time.

· Developed communication skill when dealing with a range of different people and situations.
