§         Aided in all aspects of Hotel operations for a bed and breakfast in Clotswalds, UK. Enhanced a 5 million pound renovation.

§         Trained and developed a meeting space and banquets for 250 people and 20 guest suites.  Opened 45-room suite hotel in London with same owners.

§         Trained and supervised over 20 staff members. Built American ideals training manuals for all positions within the hotel.
