Cook, Dornan’s, Moose, WY (July 2011 - Oct 2011)
Made pizzas and salads in a high volume restaurant. Did prep work and cleaning for the station.
Sous Chef, Lost Creek Ranch and Spa, Moose , WY (May 2011 - July 2011)
Responsible for cooking food for lunch and dinner for guests and employees as well as overseeing members of the kitchen and wait staff. Collaborated with the Chef to produce food dishes and prepare the menu.
Cook, Idaho Rocky Mountain Ranch, Stanley, ID (June 2010 – Sept 2010)
Worked on a rotational schedule breakfast to order into prep work twice a week and prep work into dinner three days a week. Responsible for prepping, cooking, and serving on a once a week BBQ night. Assisted with private parties.
Line Cook, Deer Valley Resort, Park City, UT (Dec 2009 – April 2010)
Worked at the Royal Street Café. Ran the line between lunch and dinner service. Did prep work. Utility person, trained on all stations on the line.
Farm Intern, Pond Hill Farm, Harbor Springs, MI (Aug 2009 – Nov 2009)
Participated in all aspects of growing from germination and propagation through weeding and harvest. Worked in a certified canning kitchen, did construction work, and general farm upkeep.
