Presented products at trade shows and provided technical guidance to specification writers.  Distributed products direct to contractors and wholesalers.  Awarded Regional Ceilings Systems Manager of the year and marketing awards for architectural specifications.

Military Experience: Served as an Army Officer (Captain) with the Army Corps of Engineers and Army Special Operations. Managed 50 people for construction projects, training, physical fitness, military skills, productivity, and special operations. Served 3 years active duty and 10 years in the Army reserves.

Part Time Employment: Currently working as a Fitness Instructor at 24 Hour Fitness (since 2005) and LA Fitness (since 2002) teaching group classes such as indoor cycling, Aqua Boot Camp and Yoga. Certified as a personal trainer, instructor for martial arts, yoga, cycling, and aqua boot camp.
