CAREER SUMMARY
Sept 2011 – Sept 2012 Global IELTS English Training School, Yangzhou, China.
In September 2012 I will complete a one year contract teaching English to learners of all ages. During my time at Global IELTS I taught a wide range of classes, teaching students of all ages and levels, from specialised classes for kindergarten students right up to tailor made 'Business English' classes for adult learners. I also taught 'one to one' lessons for those learners who wanted lessons tailored to their specific needs.

After finishing my time at University of Hull I undertook a project working for MSC, a leading medical company that produces products in order to reduce chemotherapy induced alopecia for cancer patients around the world. Main responsibilities involved giving advice on an overhaul of the companies’ online marketing. Creating and management of an internet forum for a support and advice group for the companies’ previous and existing customer base. General office assistance.

During the first summer holiday of my time at the University of Hull I worked at the Learning Skills Council in central London, tasks involved scoring various bids from Private Schools and Colleges around the UK who where applying for grants from the LSC.

Debt Recovery Manager
· Responsible for every aspect of day to day running of the department.
· Close contact with a large and varied client base, including other professional and legal firms.
· Management and control of a large file base, ranging from Small Claims matters to cases in the High Court.
· Management of the departments’ work in progress, aged debts and monthly budgets accounting figures.
· Involved with the management of the Litigation departments marketing campaign, including overseeing various projects for the Debt Recovery depart.
· Dealt with all matters from the Litigation department that needed to be passed to foreign lawyers, allowing me to learn how a great deals of legal matters are dealt with abroad.

Telephone Operative
Whilst studying for my A Levels I worked part time for Sure Cars, a cab firm in Hither Green, London working in the office answering the phones to clients, this allowed me to begin learning how to deal with the most difficult of people over the phone. I started of working the 'graveyard' shifts, I soon showed the ability and understanding for the job and was quickly moved to the busier and more demanding shifts.

Currently include: In my spare time I enjoying playing lawn bowles, to which I play to a high standard, representing both the Middlesex Under 25's and adult team. I have represented the county in the national finals for which the Under 25 squad qualified in 2003. I have also reached various County level quarter/semi finals.
