Personal Motivation

I am highly motivated and ambitious. I have spent my university career seeking opportunities that would broaden my inter-personal and leadership skills, as well as give me practical knowledge of the fields in which I was studying.

Working at the University of Pretoria’s newspaper, Perdeby, where I started as a Features writer and gradually moved up the ranks to become Editor, combined with the leadership and managerial experience I have cultivated in my positions, has provided me with both practical language and writing knowledge, and the communication skills necessary to impart this knowledge to other people, as well as motivate and inspire a team of people to work towards a greater goal.

I am seeking employment in Korea in order to broaden my personal and professional horizons. I look it as an opportunity to explore a new country and new culture, and an opportunity to share my love of the English language with others.
