§            Initiated savings efforts which reduced utility operating expenses by at least 15%, while minimizing labor costs by an additional 10% – 18%.

§            Generated higher bottom lines while reducing payback and profit realization obstacles through the design and implementation of lean project management techniques, which have proven beneficial to teams in overcoming hurdles encountered during projects.
